The booking process begins with a consultation and quote to ensure clear expectations for both parties. We ask that in your initial email you provide your name and phone number, the amount of guests for your event, the type of event, the date of the event, and any special circumstances or requests. We generally ask for two weeks notice before the date of an event, however, we do accept last-minute bookings on occasion, provided there is staffing availability.
After we receive your email, we will be in contact within 24 hours to get the full picture of your event needs. We will ask for more information regarding the types of drinks your event needs and will provide a draft menu based on your preferences, along with a quote price during the initial call. After accepting the quote price, security deposit is required and contract will be sent over for signature.
